Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use the service lawfully.

Generated addresses

Generated MAC addresses are provided as-is for testing, lab and planning work. Verify them against your own DHCP, asset and network records before production use. Do not use them to impersonate devices you are not authorized to manage.

Payments and subscriptions

Prices, renewal terms, taxes and cancellation timing are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled from the billing portal.

Refunds

All payments are final. We do not currently offer refunds once a payment has been completed. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

Availability and warranties

We aim for high availability but provide the service without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Liability and disputes

Liability limits, governing law and dispute resolution should be defined by counsel for your business.
